Task 6:

Tried to look at both of the sites, as requested - but the "Customer Service 123" link is now dead. So although I'm sure it was a useful page - I have no opinion otherwise.

As for the "New Staff Orientation", it looks to have a lot of similar information to what I have been getting during my training here at the Central Branch. Their site has many links similar to the MCPLD site, but is designed to answer a lot of what I would guess are frequent questions for new library employees. Looks like 2 or 3 approaches to the same set of good ideas were combined.
