Task 5:

I've decided that I like the "add to book bag" option the best. Keeps you from having to re-enter everything and from having to back your way through the reservation pages to get back to the search results. I'm definitely going to start using this method, both for patron holds AND my own! I would also be recommend that method to patrons, as it seems that most of the times that I've been asked to place a hold, the patron wants to do more than one within a series, or by the same author.
