your local dojo!! The Academy of Self Defense http://www.gjshinbukan.com/ is a family-oriented dojo teaching traditional Okinawan karate. We have classes for everyone from 3-year-olds and up. No appointment is necessary if you want to come look and see what we're all about. Typically, sense will permit someone wishing to check out our classes to participate in a few sessions for free, so you don't have to sign up without knowing if it's what you want to do. Come check us out & maybe you can find your inner "Dragon Warrior"! If not, maybe you'll just have fun & get some exercise....
